MIXER - SHIFT 2

Job Purpose:
- The Mixer - Shift 2 at Noel Corporation is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products during the second shift. This role is integral to maintaining production schedules and ensuring consistency in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients to meet production specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous experience operating mixing equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 1:30pm-10pm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting ingredient quantities.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by production schedules.
