The Noble Agency is seeking a highly respected, performance-driven Sales Manager to help scale a best-in-class luxury real estate platform. This is not a traditional management role. This is an opportunity to help shape the growth of a brand, elevate top-tier advisors, and drive meaningful production in one of the most competitive luxury markets in the country.
- Coach and develop advisors to increase conversion, production, and client retention
- Implement high-level sales strategies across listings, buyers, and negotiations
- Drive pipeline accountability through structured 1:1 coaching and performance tracking
- Support advisors in high-stakes deal strategy and execution
- Recruit and attract aligned, high-caliber advisors to the brokerage
- Strengthen the company’s presence and relationships within the luxury real estate community
- Elevate client experience standards across the organization
- A respected leader within the real estate industry with deep local relationships
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and conversion
- Former top-producing agent or experienced sales leader in a high-performance environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Management, and Negotiation
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, trends, and clientele
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Analysis
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and meet revenue targets
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Licensure in real estate or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
