The Niche is a collective committed to cultivating intentional spaces for women to connect, grow, and lead through mentorship, social networking, and sisterhood. We believe in the power of authentic relationships and shared responsibility—and we’re looking for volunteers who feel the same.

We’re currently seeking volunteers to support our community through roles like:

Program Assistant

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow engagement.
• Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor trends and community interactions to keep our brand voice strong.

Outreach Coordinator

• Build partnerships with local organizations, brands, and community leaders.
• Engage with potential mentors, mentees, and collaborators.
• Assist with organizing events and collaborations to help broaden The Niche’s reach.

Social Media Manager

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow engagement.
• Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor trends and community interactions to keep our brand voice strong.

Content Creators

• Be a micro-influencer based on however you love to create content.
• Design engaging posts, videos, or written content for social media and newsletters.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and highlight community stories.
• Contribute to our monthly content calendar, including themed playlists and mentor spotlights.

Event Photographer

• Capture high-quality, candid, and posed moments during The Niche events.
• Focus on the authenticity of the community and the emotional impact of interactions.
• Provide edited photos for social media, event recaps, and promotional content.

Event Videographer

• Capture dynamic video footage of key moments, including speeches, interactions, and behind-the-scenes action.
• Conduct interviews with attendees, mentors, and community members to highlight the impact of The Niche.
• Edit video content into social media-friendly clips and longer event highlights.
