Who Are We Looking For?
The Director of Operations & Sales is a key dual-engine leader and Empire Protector for our growing real estate organization.
On the Operations side, this individual is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Hub, they maximize our ability to process transactions efficiently, freeing Network Referral Agents to focus entirely on production. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple backend systems, serving as the organization’s expert on operational excellence.
On the Sales Leadership side, this individual functions as the strategic driving force behind our production pipeline and agent development. They translate operational efficiency into revenue by overseeing sales metrics, coaching agents to higher conversion rates, managing the lead generation ecosystem, and ensuring accountability across the team. They combine a deep protective instinct for business standards with a high-performance growth mindset to scale The Nicaud Team's market share.
What Will You Do?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Operations & Back-Office)
- System Creation & Management: Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
- Information Architecture: Responsible for creating and maintaining all team information utilities, operations manuals, and standardized process templates.
- Transaction Coordination Tracking: Oversee all backend contracts from signing to closing, ensuring transaction documentation moves smoothly through the hub.
- Financial & Logistical Management: Keep the leads and team leaders informed regarding business metrics, budget variances, operational roadblocks, and overall systemic health.
- Customer Experience Standards: Ensure extraordinary customer service standards across all operational touchpoints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Sales & Revenue Generation)
- Agent Accountability & Coaching: Conduct regular production check-ins, pipeline reviews, and accountability sessions with agents to ensure they are meeting their lead generation and conversion targets.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and analyze key sales metrics (lead-to-appointment ratios, appointment-to-agreement ratios, and pending contracts) to ensure steady revenue forecasting.
- Lead Ecosystem Oversight: Monitor lead distribution, database health, CRM utilization, and follow-up compliance to maximize the ROI on all team marketing initiatives.
- Sales Training & Onboarding: Design and facilitate ongoing sales training, role-play sessions (scripts/objection handling), and onboard incoming agents into The Nicaud Team sales culture.
- Market Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Team Leaders to align backend operations with seasonal front-end sales campaigns, client appreciation events, and local marketing outreach.
