Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be a very detail oriented professional that adds value to all assigned tasks. Duties will focus on creating reports, preparing meeting presentations, and other duties in support of multiple functional area managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating/updating spreadsheet reports
- Opening and scanning in mail and various documents
- Sending outgoing mail
- Document/folder searches when requested
- Special projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- Proficient at Google Sheets and other report platforms
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of in office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research detailed, lengthy account information
- Ability to notate and navigate multiple systems
- Quick thinker with the ability to multitask
- Detail oriented with the ability to easily track documentation
Hours / Pay:
- Full Time
- Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 / hour
