You’ll support the full development lifecycle—from financing and entitlements through construction, lease-up, and long-term asset coordination.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Support financing applications, budgets, schedules, and development proposals
- Assist with entitlements, acquisitions, and construction oversight
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, consultants, and public agencies
- Help manage lease-up and project stabilization
- Contribute to cross-functional development and operations efforts
- Provide support to senior project leadership and junior staff

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with affordable housing / LIHTC development
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
