Executive Recruiter
As an Executive Recruiter for The Newburgh Group, you will be seeking out candidates and clients to fill new and existing job orders. You will be utilizing a wealth of social media and Computer Technologies to arrange interviews with new and existing clients in the Banking and Finance Industry.
Very strong computer and social media skills required.
Compensation
Base Salary (depending on experience) in addition to incentive and bonus opportunities.
Seeking either part-time or full-time candidates
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, and job skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter (prior experience preferred).
- Refers candidates to, and coordinates interviews with clients.
- Coordinate communications with applicants.
- Perform follow up work to track results.
- Document information and maintain records for future reference.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a research, recruiting and/or development role preferred, but not required
- Experience with LinkedIn gives you an advantage over other candidates
- Experience with a database or CRM is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication aptitude
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a team environment
