Job Overview :
The Box Office Representative’s main responsibilities include selling and suggesting all available ticket types to patrons entering or inside Saratoga Race Course using any applicable ticket software.
Ticket types can include, but are not limited to admission, seating, dining, and premium hospitality. Additionally, the Box Office Representative will identify and troubleshoot any ticketing problems that may arise, demonstrate a helpful understanding of general track information, and always deliver exceptional customer service.
