Job Summary :
The Maintenance Manager will lead and oversee the facilities and maintenance operations of two fast-paced switchgear manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all facility infrastructure, production equipment, and tooling through comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs. The manager will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and lead sustainability initiatives to align with the company's strategic goals. With a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity, the ideal candidate will leverage technology, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence and future business growth.
Essential Functions :
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team to ensure a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.
- Oversee staffing, training, and development of maintenance personnel to support facility goals.
- Foster collaboration between maintenance, production, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of implementing successful preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of tooling management and tracking systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
