What You’ll Do:
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering Montessori-based lessons and activities
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide personalized attention to help each child reach their full potential
- Support the daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a cohesive learning experience
- Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with preschool children
- Completion of the "90 Hours Child Care Course" is a strong plus
- A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
