What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist/ Medical Assistant position at The New Beginnings?
Looking for a Clerical Clerk/Data Entry. Minimum 1 year experience in medical records is a must. Person needs to be proficient in Excel, Word and QuickBooks. Person needs to have the ability to multi task , meet deadlines, be accurate and have the ability to communicate clearly. Person also needs to be reliable and confidential. Person will also have other duties as assigned from the administrative supervisor.
Other Duties as assigned may include:
- Answering phones at reception desk
- Running errands for various office or individual needs
- Assisting administration with various tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
