The Nest Playschool is a play-based early learning program where childhood is celebrated every day. We’re looking for someone friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy—ready to jump into puddles, build block towers, and make magic out of the little moments.
This is a float position supporting multiple classrooms and age groups, with 3 full days per week and the opportunity to lead a different classroom each day. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a collaborative team.
About You:
- You’re energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic

- You love working with children and being part of their growth
- You’re patient, nurturing, and flexible
- No experience required—we will train you and support your professional development!
What You’ll Do:
- Float between classrooms to support teachers and children
- Lead a classroom for one full day (in a different class each day)
- Help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment
- Participate in play-based activities and learning
- Support daily routines and care
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and social development
A Day in Our Nest Might Look Like:
- Singing silly songs at circle time
- Creating colorful art and sparking big imaginations
- Exploring outside and celebrating nature
- Helping children learn to share, take turns, and build friendships
