Wages: LPN: $30.00 - $39.36 / hr DOE

- Shifts:
- FTE AM shift (6:00am - 6:30pm) Thurs - Saturday
- FTE AM shift (6:00am - 6:30pm) Sunday - Tuesday
- Current license in good standing as a RN or LPN in the applicable community State
- Compassion and desire to work with older adults
- Physical ability to perform job: standing, walking, use of hand and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Pass criminal background check, meet health requirements, including TB test.
