Responsibilities

• Engage with community members through door-to-door canvassing to promote our programs or initiatives
• Clearly communicate key messages, benefits, and information to diverse audiences
• Build rapport with potential supporters or clients by demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Collect feedback, answer questions, and address concerns professionally and confidently
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and responses
• Coordinate with team members to ensure coverage of assigned areas and meet outreach goals
• Follow safety protocols during outdoor work and adhere to organizational guidelines for respectful engagement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or outdoor marketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse communities
• Demonstrated customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
• Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team coordination roles
• Experience in telemarketing or fundraising can enhance your effectiveness in this role

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
