Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Head Teller to join our team. The Assistant Head Teller will be responsible for assisting the Head Teller in overseeing daily teller operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient cash handling procedures. Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor to be able to set a good example for the teller line.
Duties:
- Supervise and support teller staff in daily operations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Assist customers with account inquiries, discrepancies, and problem resolution
- Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer and vault accuracy
- Train new tellers on policies, procedures, and systems
- Monitor and adhere to security protocols and regulatory requirements
-Process customer deposit and withdrawal transactions, loan payments, and other banking needs.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of banking/teller experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management
- Proficiency in basic math and financial transactions
- Knowledge of financial services products and banking procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
