The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, driven Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in the Brand Management team. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Director of Brand Management, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and
implementing
strategies to drive the growth of our partners' presence and sales on the marketplace. As the liaison between departments and the de facto project manager for all projects related to the brands you support, you will be playing a critical role in our partners’ digital presence. The ideal candidate is self-driven and will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills. This role supports a critical role in managing clients' catalogs on Amazon and Walmart, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring sales metrics. Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of goals and progress.
- Strategy Deployment: Contribute to the strategy for selling brands and products on Amazon and Walmart. Identify opportunities to optimize online sales and enhance brand visibility and differentiate our product listings from competitors. Create and manage content and functionality of product listings.
- P&L Support: Assist in managing the profit and loss for brand partners, helping to ensure financial targets are met and aligning strategies with overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Facilitate onboarding of new partners and ongoing projects with current partners in multiple marketplaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing, creative, and advertising initiatives; work with the supply chain to ensure product availability; support brand partners' objectives and ensure efficient project management for all related initiatives.
- Student of the Game: Learn and become an expert on Amazon and Walmart, continuously updating knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive mindset
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and a keen attention to detail
- Uphold a professional and positive image of Neato in all interactions.
- Independently manage demanding technical and strategic projects for our brands
