Overview
The Natural Pickle is a fast-paced, local sandwich café looking for a friendly and reliable Front Counter / Customer Service person to join our team. You’ll be the first face our customers see, taking orders, handling payments, and helping us deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately
- Use Toast POS system to process payments
- Handle takeout, dine-in, and online orders
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Restock items and keep the front area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Punctual and reliable
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
