We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time/Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with people, has an interest in baby/children’s products, and enjoys working in a collaborative, upbeat retail environment.
Duties
* Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and personalized service
* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales and returns
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
* Restock shelves and ensure inventory is well displayed
* Answer customer questions in-store and by phone/email
* Support online order fulfillment when needed
* Contribute to a positive team culture and represent The Natural Baby Company’s values
Qualifications
* Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Comfortable learning about eco-friendly and specialty baby products
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
