We’re seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team at a well-established traditional menswear shop. This is a customer-facing position in a warm, stylish retail environment where craftsmanship, quality, and excellent service matter.

Position Details:
- Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week
- Schedule: Must be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with some holiday availability
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Assist with selecting clothing, accessories, gifts, and formalwear rentals
- Accurately measure clients and garments for alterations
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Keep the shop organized and clean, including restrooms and breakroom
- Tag merchandise, restock shelves, and help receive deliveries
- Wrap gifts and shine shoes upon request
- Help monitor fitting rooms and maintain security awareness
- Participate in occasional store meetings or special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs/ladders
- Neat, traditional appearance appropriate for a classic menswear setting
- Good eye for style, color coordination, and garment presentation
- Willingness to learn about product lines and store procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work during busy times (including some weekends and holidays)
