National Sports Medicine Institute is looking for an outgoing and energetic candidate to join our rapidly growing team! For many years, National Sports Medicine has been a staple in our community and we are only looking to grow further. A successful candidate must have a minimum one year of current medical front office, commercial medical insurance, and customer service experience. It is critical for the team member we are searching for to have a thorough understanding of all aspects of insurance, as well as being computer literate including EMR systems, MU, PM, and Office technology. The ideal candidate must have experience working in an office setting with multiple providers and also be comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment. This candidate needs to be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize the daily tasks necessary for day-to-day operations to run smoothly.

Candidates must feel comfortable performing duties that include but are not limited to:
· Scheduling Patients
· Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
· Managing a high volume of incoming calls
· Data entry
· Collecting balances such as copays, co-insurance payments, DME’s, and past due balances
