Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in mining operations and a knack for guiding a team toward shared goals? Our Delaware, Ohio limestone aggregate facility is seeking a Third Shift Production Foreman to lead a small crew in a dynamic, unionized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee third shift operations involving crushers, screens, and mobile equipment like front-end loaders and haul trucks.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 5-10 years of leadership experience.
- Align your crew to navigate production challenges efficiently and ensure safety standards are always met.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience (5-10 years) in mining or aggregate operations, ideally with a background in crushers, screens, and heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with working in a unionized setting and a high degree of mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations with a focus on safety compliance.
- Strong communication skills and a “get-it-done” attitude.
- 4-year Mining Degree preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
