Role Description
The Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Beach, FL. This position is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. The individual will oversee sales operations, develop and implement business plans, manage client relationships, lead a team of professionals, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the hotel’s goals. Additionally, the Director will identify market trends and opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in Customer Service and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Effective Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
