Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and expand an existing Private Banking portfolio
- Structure and manage lending solutions, including home equity lines, personal loans, and credit facilities
- Oversee portfolio credit quality, including risk management, financial reporting, and exception resolution
- Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated banking and wealth solutions
- Supervise and coach a Client Support Manager
- Drive client engagement through regular contact, events, and community involvement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of lending experience and 3 years of business development success
- Strong knowledge of credit structuring, pricing, and banking regulations
- Proven ability to build and grow client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Active involvement in community or professional organizations
