The Nash Casino is seeking a skilled and professional Blackjack Dealer with proven experience in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the integrity of the game. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of casino operations, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests. Must have availability to work a Saturday and/or Sunday morning or mid shift.

- Conduct Blackjack games efficiently and accurately according to casino policies and gaming regulations.
- Ensure game integrity by monitoring player behavior and enforcing rules.
- Handle chips, cards, and cash transactions with precision and discretion.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized table area.
- Report any irregularities or suspicious behavior to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other dealers and floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay current on game rules, promotions, and casino policies.
- Verifies the accuracy of the table bankrolls and inspects all decks of cards prior to use.
- Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
- Monitor guest behavior and report suspicious activity or irregularities to floor supervisors.
- Minimum 2 years' experience dealing Blackjack in a regulated gaming environment.
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Blackjack rules, payouts, and procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.
- Must pass all pre-screening and background checks.
- Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months.
