The Schedule
We are currently representing a returning Scottsdale family seeking a weekend nanny/household manager to join their established care team. This is ideal if you want your weekdays open and thrive in a structured, well-run home.
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (may shift to approximately 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM as the baby's routine evolves)
- 30 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to guarantee 40 through longer weekend days or a fourth shift on Monday or Thursday
- Overnight pet sitting in the home when the family travels, with separate compensation
- Genuine weekday availability needed to occasionally cover for the weekday nanny
- Long-term role starting ASAP

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced career nanny with real household management experience who is genuinely Type A, finishes what they start, and can move between childcare and household systems without dropping either.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Professional experience as a career nanny with true household management experience (not entry level)
- Exceptional organization and follow-through, with checklists and routines that come naturally
- Experience holding a structured infant routine, and the care to follow a daily allergy and sanitizing protocol
- A love of animals and comfort in a busy home with four dogs and four cats
- Comfort working independently and with parents home and involved
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a two-nanny team
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, and comfort administering an Epi-Pen
- A safe, reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
- A long-term commitment to a weekend schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Compensation
- $42 per hour, with room above for an exceptional candidate
- Legal pay through payroll (W-2)
- 30 to 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Separate compensation for overnight pet sitting
- Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, health stipend, and mileage
