Full-time Live-In Nanny (Job #624)

The Nanny Concierge is an elite nanny placement business in located in Arizona. We service every city in Arizona with a heavy concentration in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Arcadia, Gilbert, and Chandler. Check out one of our openings below!

This family is looking for a dynamic live-in nanny for their two sweet and playful children! If you are an active and organized nanny looking for great benefits and a supportive environment look no further!

• Charge(s): F, 3 years old; M, 18 months old
• Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30-8:30 and then again 4:00-8:30pm availability required **This is a live-in position that will require schedule flexibility and understanding that the hours may change day-to-day with advance notice.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 40
• Paid Time Off Benefits: Nanny will earn 40 hours of PTO every 6 months. PTO may be used for any reason, including vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. This is in addition to 6 paid holidays which fall on the nanny’s normal Monday-Friday work day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

Nanny Job Requirements:

• Will be required to; tidy up the house throughout the day. Making sure things are put back as they were before they got there. Resetting the home by, unloading and reloading the dishwasher, general organization, and assisting with children’s laundry, etc.

• Nanny should be active with the children. Taking them for walks around the neighborhood (weather permitting), playing in the yard, etc.

• Must have a safe, reliable vehicle to drive to and from work. Nanny must be comfortable driving the children in their vehicle, when/if needed.

• Must be comfortable swimming and be comfortable administering life saving measures in and around a body of water, if needed.

• Should be comfortable with prepping meals for the children and the family, when needed.

• Nanny will keep track of charges’ needs and communicate with the family to purchase/order what is needed.

• Pictures may not be taken of children or the home and posted on social media. Nanny may take pictures to send to the parents.

• Should be able to keep the children on their daily schedule/routine.

• Should have a good understanding of healthy eating habits.

• Phones and other electronics use should be limited while employee is working.

• Keeping a daily log household duties and activities will be appreciated. You will have a

“nanny binder”; as a go-to for this type of communication. Your “nanny binder” should include: emergency contact information, daily activities chart, receipts submitted pocket, nanny timecards, and other important information.

• Must have a good understanding of current child safety standards and care and at least 3 years of experience working with multiple young children.

• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

• Must have a current CPR and first aid certification.

• Must abide by a no smoking, drug use and no vaping policy at all times.
