Seeking a Full-Time Nanny
Contract Type: Long-Term Employment Contract
Location: East Hampton, NY
Start Date: Mid-January
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Child: 3 months old
Salary: $30/hr to $35/hr
Benefits: 50 guaranteed hours per week, overtime, paid vacation, sick leave, personal days, paid federal holidays , mileage reimbursement
Duties & Responsibilities
Full infant care (feeding, diapering, naps, developmental milestones, soothing, bonding) Maintaining
baby’s routines and supporting sleep/feed schedules
Washing/sterilizing bottles and maintaining baby-related areas
Baby laundry
Tracking feedings, naps, and daily routines
Communicating clearly with parents throughout the day
Flexibility to start earlier or stay slightly later when needed
Driving required eventually (not at the beginning)
Requirements
At least 3 years of paid nanny experience caring for infants
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record & reliable transportation
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Non-smoker
Strong communication skills and openness to collaborate with parents as a team
Ability to spend 2 days (one night) per week in NYC when needed
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 per week
