A warm and thoughtful first-time family in Rye, NY is seeking a nurturing, experienced nanny to help care for their 3.5-month-old baby boy as they transition into a new family rhythm. Mom has been home with the baby since birth and is now preparing to resume a more structured school schedule toward the end of June. This is their first child, so finding someone experienced who can also help guide and support them through milestones, routines, and infant development is especially important to them. They are hoping to build a respectful and collaborative long-term relationship with the right nanny.
