Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer and retailer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer emails and online inquiries
- Assist customers with product questions, order placement, tracking information, returns, and issue resolution
- Enter and update customer orders accurately within company systems
- Maintain a strong knowledge of The Naked Bee product line and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with internal departments including sales, shipping, and warehouse teams
- Document customer interactions and follow-up actions as needed
- Support account management and retailer communication when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency including email and order entry systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
