We’re looking for a hands-on Nail Salon Manager who can run the floor, own the guest experience, and keep a busy spa operating smoothly—not just sit at the desk.

This role is the on-site leader: you set the tone when clients walk in, coordinate the team, protect the schedule, and make sure the spa stays organized, profitable, and welcoming.

Schedule

- Tuesday - Saturday 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (close)

- Additional hours to on weekend available

What you’ll own

- Lead the front of house and daily operations so the spa runs on time and to standard

- Greet guests, manage the book, and keep appointments flowing in a fast-paced environment

- Coordinate technicians, cover gaps, and keep the team aligned

- Handle phones, inquiries, and client issues with professionalism and follow-through

- Process payments, manage the register, and keep retail/product sales moving

- Maintain a clean, inviting front desk and spa presentation

- Track supplies, flag inventory needs, and support light admin

- Uphold service quality and help the team deliver a consistent, high-end experience

What we’re looking for

- Strong leadership presence with excellent customer service and communication

- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

- Comfortable multitasking and making decisions on the floor

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking software quickly

- Reliable, professional, and able to represent the brand

- Salon or spa experience strongly preferred; prior supervisory or lead experience a plus
