- Partner cross-functionally to keep projects and deliverables moving efficiently
- 5 years of experience supporting executives or working in operations within a large organization
- Highly polished, professional, and confident working with senior leadership
- Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel especially)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Stable work history (tenure is important for this team)
- Fully onsite role (no hybrid flexibility)
- Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Requires flexibility for early mornings and occasional extended hours
- Background check required
