Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems to direct inquiries efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record-keeping and invoicing
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
- Support office management activities including inventory tracking, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping
- Assist with phone etiquette standards to maintain a professional image at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office environments with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in medical/dental office settings is preferred
