Affiliate Marketing Specialist

The Murray Road Agency is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Affiliate Marketing Team. The new hire should be an effective communicator with excellent writing abilities and an interest in analytics. This member of our team will be 100% dedicated to clients in this area. They will be counted on to manage existing accounts. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple Murray Road teams and functional areas to collaborate and find ways to add value for clients and the agency.

Responsibilities:

·       Account management

·       Reporting and metrics

·       Client interaction and communication

·       Onboarding new clients

·       Selecting and pursuing additional brand partners

·       Data, asset and process management

·       Operate and use industry-standard programs/technologies/platforms for Affiliate Marketing

·       Bring automation and sophistication to Murray Road Affiliate Marketing efforts

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, sales or related field

·       1-3 years of experience.

·       A high level of attention to detail

·       Excellent copywriting abilities

·       Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

·       Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

·       Knowledge and experience on multiple Affiliate Management platforms

·       Knowledge about fishing, hunting, outdoors and/or action sports

·       Demonstrable ability to grow existing relationships

·       Basic understanding of digital marketing efforts and Ecommerce platforms

·       Ability to track metrics, follow up and execute
