Responsibilities
- Develop your subject matter expertise in a vertical skill niche like Regulatory, Quality, Cyber or Software Engineering. Staying in tune with market dynamics, internal and external factors driving demand for interim and contract resources.
- Identify, network and build trusted relationships with contractors operating in your vertical niche. Capturing key information around skills, capabilities, compensation, and availability via phone, e-mails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Identify employers hiring contractors and interim talent.
- Build a reputation within your vertical niche as the go to Agent for contract and interim opportunities in North America.
- Develop an understanding of payroll solutions within contract workforce solutions and the associated benefits for each party
- Collaborate with our search-ops, marketing, media and technology teams to create best-in-class service and experience for our clients and contractors
- Source talent for client job orders both in and outside of your niche via LinkedIn & LinkedIn Recruiter for contract assignments in conjunction with the wider team.
- Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders on projects to completion.
- Nurture our live contractors ensuring they are fully supported in their current role, optimizing our ability to retain their services on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Ability to work out of our Headquarters in Delray Beach, FL (this is not a remote position.)
- A proven track record of excellence and achievement in academics, sports, clubs, or activities – “Will to Win.”
- Competitive spirit, yet a good team player
- A relationship builder with a focus on the long-term play
- Comfort level with spreadsheets, project planning, and basic research tools
- Professional demeanor on social media platforms
- Internships and/or work experience preferred.
