We serve both residential and commercial customers, supplying mulch, soil blends, compost, and landscape materials to more than 20,000 properties annually. Our model is simple: we recycle organic landscape byproducts and transform them into beneficial products that help landscapes thrive.
The Role:
We're hiring a Senior Sales Representative to manage and grow a high-value commercial account base across the greater Chicagoland market. This is a full cycle sales role where you will identify and close new business, manage existing accounts with the attention they warrant, and serve as the primary relationship owner for some of our largest clients.
The right candidate has experience handling significant B2B accounts, is comfortable negotiating volume contracts, and knows how to manage a complex pipeline without losing track of what's in front of them.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts including contractors, municipalities, HOAs, local businesses, etc.
- Manage an active book of high-value accounts, maintaining regular contact and anticipating needs before they become issues
- Negotiate pricing, volume agreements, and seasonal contracts with procurement decision-makers
- Rebuild lapsed accounts with a solutions-oriented, consultative approach
Skills
- 4 years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of managing and growing significant accounts
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized and self-directed, you manage your portfolio like a business
- CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience selling into commercial landscaping, construction or a related industry (preferred)
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
