Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle heavy lifting.

Duties

  • Lead and oversee all operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and improve service delivery.
  • Supervise team members across departments, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing workforce.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings.
  • Oversee project management efforts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Implement process improvements by analyzing current procedures, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions for operational excellence.
  • Coordinate sales strategies with the marketing team to meet revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance for executive review and strategic planning sessions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or another related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of business, management, sales, training, or other relevant experience is required. College HUNKS or moving industry experience is preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • You have a great attitude, are reliable, and hardworking.
  • You’re 21 years of age (required for insurance purposes)
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record (past 3 years)
  • The physical stamina to lift/carry 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Willingness to consent to participate in a background check
  • Previous experience in general labor, customer service and/or sales is a plus, but isn’t required - we train happy, hardworking individuals.
  • We offer paid sick time, 401K, and Profit Sharing.

  • Strong process improvement skills to streamline operations through innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Sales experience with a focus on building customer relationships and achieving revenue goals.
