As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our housekeeping team to help us keep our charming inn spotless and welcoming!

Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized, reliable, and friendly Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for providing excellent guest service, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure that rooms are well-stocked with amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.) and arrange items according to our inn's standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize rooms regularly.
• Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and supply area.
• Follow all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Friendly and personable with a passion for hospitality.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
