Service & Parts Director
The Motorcoach Store - Bradenton, FL
The Motorcoach Store is seeking an experienced Service & Parts Director to lead and grow our service and parts operations.
This is a key leadership position responsible for department performance, profitability, customer experience, workflow, technician productivity, parts inventory, and overall team accountability.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with experience in RV, automotive, or a similar service environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Service Advisors, technicians, and parts personnel
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, repair orders, and work-in-process
- Drive technician productivity, efficiency, labor sales, and gross profit
- Ensure strong customer communication throughout the repair process
- Oversee parts inventory, purchasing, stocking levels, and vendor relationships
- Improve processes, reduce delays, missed repairs, and comebacks
- Recruit, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Monitor department KPIs, financial performance, and growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Warranty, and leadership
Qualifications
- Proven service or fixed-operations leadership experience
- Strong understanding of service department workflow and profitability
- Parts management or inventory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage people, processes, and performance
- High-end RV or motorcoach experience is preferred, but not required
