Your Impact:
• Master the Pipeline: Primarily decision FHA and Conforming loans, with the opportunity to handle VA, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs.
• Be the Expert: Act as the strategic, go-to resource for Loan Officers and Processors to help structure complex files.
• Elevate Efficiency: Maintain "zero-defect" quality standards while enjoying lightning-fast turn times backed by automated workflows.
• Core Certification: Active CHUMS ID (FHA DE) is required.
• Experience: 5 years of recent (frontline) mortgage underwriting experience in the residential mortgage space.
• Tech Savvy: Mastery of AUS systems (DU/LPA) and proficiency in Encompass LOS.
• Work Style: High autonomy to thrive in a 100 remote environment, backed by a highly collaborative virtual team.
