About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Manager of FP&A to support and enhance our financial reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities. This role will focus on maintaining and improving existing processes, optimizing reporting systems, and producing accurate, insightful financial analysis as our SaaS business continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
1. Enhance and Improve FP&A Processes
- Maintain and refine existing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Strengthen and evolve KPI reporting aligned with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
- Improve and expand financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring internal reporting packages that deliver clear, accurate analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Improve the monthly close process, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
2. Systems, Automation & Data Infrastructure
- Enhance and maintain FP&A systems, reporting tools, and automation workflows.
- Improve data accuracy and consistency across ERP, CRM, billing, and BI platforms.
- Lead and support data warehouse implementation and ongoing maintenance to improve data accessibility and reporting accuracy.
- Develop scalable templates, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that reduce manual work and increase insight quality.
3. Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budget process, multi-year financial model updates, and rolling forecasts.
- Maintain and improve revenue models across SaaS subscriptions, usage, and professional services.
- Analyze pricing, product investments, headcount planning, and operating expense trends.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years of FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking experience; SaaS or fintech experience preferred.
- Strong foundation in maintaining and improving FP&A processes, models, and reporting frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue economics.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Experience with BI tools and financial systems.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms such as HubSpot or QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
