We are seeking an AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who will work with our team to build and operate the AI products that power our Loan Origination System (LOS). This role will focus on delivering production-ready, auditable, and high-performance AI pipelines, supporting our continued growth as a SaaS business and strengthening internal processes, performance, and cross-team alignment. What You’ll Do Build and maintain production-grade AI pipelines for document ingestion, OCR, and entity extraction.Use LLMs and retrieval-augmented techniques for accurate data classification, and apply rules and graph-based models to represent relationships between borrowers, entities, and assetsWork with team to implement agentic in-app experience that enable users to interrogate, explore, and act on data insightsImplement observability and feedback loops to monitor model performance, implement human-in-the-loop validation, and continuously improve accuracy over time. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of professional experience building production-grade AI systems using large language models, agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, PydanticAI), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelinesStrong proficiency in Python and applied ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging FaceExperience building APIs and data pipelines with a strong foundation in system design, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deploymentExperience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods for improving real-world model performance Nice To Have Experience with knowledge graphs, recommendation engines, or rules enginesFamiliarity with AI observability and monitoring toolsGood understanding of data pipelines, and model evaluation in real-world decisioning systemsCollaborate with backend engineers to deploy AI models as low-latency, highly available microservices in the system.
