The Moriah School, a co-ed Orthodox Day School with grades toddler - eighth, in Englewood, NJ, is seeking full-time Early Childhood, Lower School General Studies & Jewish Studies and Middle School Jewish Studies teachers to join our staff for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Moriah School provides academic excellence and opportunities to its students to discover and cultivate their passions on an individual level. Our mission is to deliver an educational program of the highest caliber, while instilling a sense of love and commitment to Torat Yisrael, Am Yisrael, and Medinat Yisrael. Moriah strives to impart to its children a strong sense of values and middot, and to endow them with the skills they need to become knowledgeable, successful, and fully contributing members of the communities in which they live.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work to collaborate with a diverse team of educators and administrators to carry out the mission of The Moriah School.
Plan, build, and execute General and/or Jewish Studies lessons including.
Teach lessons in both a full class and small group settings
Contribute to student learning and growth
Work to collaborate with a diverse team of educators and administrators to carry out the mission of The Moriah School.
Plan, build, and execute General Studies lessons including: Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies and more.
Utilize technology to drive instruction
Contribute to student learning and growth
