What You'll Do
Job Description:
- Create project bid list on Procore for Senior Estimator to review.
- Prepare bid invitation on Procore and issue to selected subcontractor.
- Call invited subcontractors to confirm bid invitation was received and their interest on providing a proposal.
- Create pre-bid RFIs for Senior estimator to review, and issue to design team and distribute RFI responses to subcontractors.
- Review contract documents and ensure all subcontractor trades are accounted for.
- Verify all bid documents have been received, stamp and upload to Procore.
- Perform quantity take-offs and square foot analysis and present in an organized manner.
- Create subcontractor bid scopes of work.
- Review subcontractor proposals and level out the subcontractor proposals.
