Do you need a part-time job to help make ends meet?! Look at what we have to offer! PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in one commercial location. This is an evening position 2 hours in the evening 7 days a week in one location (roughly 14 hours a week). I AM WILLING TO HIRE TWO EMPLOYEES WITH EMPLOYEE A WORKING MONDAY-THURSDAY (8 HOURS A WEEK) AND EMPLOYEE B WORKING FRIDAY-SUNDAY (6 HOURS A WEEK).This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic space for all occupants. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Execute custodial duties including vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms and sanitizing washer, dryers and all surfaces.
- Perform cleaning of all dryer vents daily with shop vacuum.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Wiping doors, ledges, chairs and tables down daily.
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms (soap, toilet paper).
- Ensure no trash is outside of building.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Experience with industrial cleaning techniques will be beneficial for this role.
- A proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety standards is essential.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
