Job Summary: The Program Manager – RCC/RecoveryProgram leads and manages peer-led recovery initiatives at The Moore Wright Group’s Resource/Recovery Community Center (RCC). This position oversees all aspects of program operations, peer supervision, and community engagement to ensure alignment with the goals of the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) Contract K5807, which supports peer-run organizations and recovery-focused community services.
The Program Manager provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to ensure a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment that promotes healing, inclusion, and connection.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage RCC peer programs in alignment with TMWG and HCA standards. Oversee the Resource/Recovery Connections Center.
- Supervise and support peer specialists through mentorship, reflective supervision, and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, data reporting, and quality requirements.
- Build partnerships with community agencies, behavioral health providers, and recovery networks.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and recovery-focused environment.
- Track and report progress toward program goals and outcomes.
- Participate in HCA site visits, technical assistance, and statewide recovery network activities.
Essential Deliverables and Performance Measures
Achievement of peer engagement and service delivery goals outlined in HCA Contract.- Timely and accurate completion of all required reports and documentation.
- Demonstrated quality improvement and program fidelity to recovery principles.
- Consistent supervision and development of peer staff.
- Strengthened community partnerships and increased recovery program visibility.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral health, social work, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Two (2) or more years of experience managing peer or recovery-oriented programs.
- Experience supervising staff in human services or behavioral health settings.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and peer support best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) credential or eligibility to obtain certification.- Lived experience with behavioral health recovery, personally or as a family member.
- Experience with state or federally funded program contracts and reporting.
- Proficiency with data tracking and management systems.
Work Environment & Benefits
