We are seeking a full-time Senior Program Manager of Enhanced Family Care to join our team on-site in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Enhanced Family Care program, manage staff, and coordinate services for individuals enrolled in the program. Key responsibilities include supervising program staff, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with families and community partners to optimize care delivery. You will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and the strategic development of the program.
- Experience in program management, team leadership, and staff supervision
- Knowledge of developmental and intellectual disabilities and experience working with individuals in these populations
- Skills in communication, collaboration, and family-centered care approaches
- Proficiency in budgeting, data analysis, and regulatory compliance management
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficiency with common documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human services or related field
- Familiarity with New Hampshire state and federal regulations in healthcare and human services is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel
