What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with genuine friendliness and a "Moo Dude" vibe
- Take orders accurately using our POS system
- Prepare menu items to spec — from loaded dogs to tots — with speed and pride
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain a safe, sanitary workspace (food safety training provided)
- Support your teammates during rushes and slow periods
- Deliver an experience that makes customers want to come back again and again
What Makes You a Great Fit
No experience? No problem. We train all our Dudes from the ground up.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, upbeat environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and focused
- Reliable — you show up when you say you will
- Able to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts
Experience with food service, customer service, or cash handling is a plus but not required.
