Part Time- Bartender - The Montford Rooftop Bar

Join Our Team as a Bartender at The Montford Rooftop Bar.

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a friendly and motivated Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beverage service, preparing and serving drinks while maintaining a clean, organized bar and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails, following standard recipes.
• Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations, including verifying guest identification.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including clearing tables and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory, notifying management of supply needs.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions per hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with barbacks and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of previous bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation and order taking.
• Good math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
