We?re seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador to serve as the face of our company in the field ? someone who brings our brand to life at retail locations, builds lasting relationships with partners, and drives brand awareness through authentic customer engagement.
What You?ll Do
- Visit assigned retail locations to promote brand visibility and product awareness.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling events, and promotional activations to engage customers directly.
- Distribute branded materials, merchandise, and point-of-sale displays to retail partners.
- Execute activation campaign events in coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vape shop owners, managers, and staff.
- Educate retail partners on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Support retail staff training to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Gather and report on customer and retailer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends.
- Document store visits, promotional activities, and customer interactions in CRM system.
- Monitor product placement, inventory levels, and merchandising compliance at retail locations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new retail opportunities and support account acquisition efforts.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and community activations as needed.
