Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing.
- Prospect and generate new leads, building and nurturing a strong client pipeline.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs).
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations in the East Bay.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid California Real Estate License.
- Proven track record of success in real estate (preferred, but motivated new agents encouraged to apply).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with real estate technology and CRM systems.
- Deep knowledge of the East Bay real estate market (a plus).
